ABOUT ME

I grew up in London and moved to Devon aged 10. I had a difficult time in school and this is where I experienced my first therapeutic relationship. Aged 16, I decided counselling was my path and here I am now. Providing a safe and empathic space for others to share their stories with me.

Alongside my Private Practice I also run Sapphire Practice Rooms with my good friend and colleague.

In my spare time I try to get outdoors with my pup, Salty, as often as possible. I enjoy walking, reading and socialising with my loved ones.

I feel that the relationship with self is the most important relationship we can build and this is where the core of my practice sits.
