Sapphire Practice Rooms are a safe and calming space, nestled away on the top floor of 10 Southernhay West, situated in Exeter City Centre.

At SPR we welcome those wanting to feel a part of a community of therapists working in the area. We hold meet ups/socials for anyone looking to build a network of professionals and perhaps create new friendships.

​

We offer a competitive monthly tariff to those looking to rent a space for talking therapies, massage or other forms of therapy. 

​

Our Monthly Rates: 

• £17.50 per week for 1/2 a days use - Total £70 monthly

• £35 per week for a full days use - Total £140 monthly

We have three therapy rooms in total. Two being larger in size and able to accommodate couples and family therapies and a smaller room for those working primarily with couples and individuals.

​

Southernhay is the perfect position for parking, with many public car parks close by. There is pay and display parking immediately outside the building for clients visiting the practice. 

​

Please note; we are on the top floor of the building and unfortunately, we do not have access to a lift.
